Referral Program Terms

Welcome to the Codeyos Referral Program. These terms govern your participation in our referral system. By participating, you agree to comply with the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility
- You must have a registered and active Codeyos account.
- You must not be an employee or contractor of Codeyos.
- Abuse or fraudulent use of the referral system will lead to disqualification.
2. How It Works
- Each user receives a unique referral link available in their dashboard.
- When a new user clicks your link and signs up, they’re tagged as your referral.
- If that referral makes their first purchase, you earn a percentage of that sale.
3. Referral Commission
- You earn up to 30% commission on the first purchase of a referred user.
- Commissions are paid after a clearance period (typically 14–30 days) to protect against refunds or fraud.
- Payouts are made to your Codeyos earnings account and can be withdrawn via supported payment methods.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
- Referral links must not be used in spam, paid ads using Codeyos brand terms, or misleading promotions.
- Creating multiple fake accounts to earn referral commissions will lead to permanent ban and loss of earnings.
5. Cookie Duration
Referral cookies typically last for 90 days. If the user clears cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked.
6. Program Changes
Codeyos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Changes may affect pending or future commissions.
7. Legal & Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any local taxes or legal obligations arising from your referral income.
