- "Buyer" – A user who purchases a product

2. Account Usage
- You must be 18+ or have legal capacity to enter a contract.
- Provide accurate and updated information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Licensing
- Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
- Resale or redistribution is prohibited unless allowed in the license terms.
- Authors retain intellectual property rights over their products.
4. Payments & Payouts
- All transactions are processed securely via third-party gateways.
- Authors receive payouts after deducting platform fees.
- False disputes or chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted if:
- The item is broken or doesn’t work as described
- The author fails to provide promised support
No refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer remorse
- Lack of technical knowledge or incompatibility
6. Support Policy
- Support is optional and valid for a defined period (e.g., 6 months).
- Codeyos may help resolve disputes but isn't responsible for direct support from authors.
7. Termination
- We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts for violations.
- Reasons include fraud, abuse, or breaching these terms.
8. Liability
- Codeyos is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of any products.
- All products are provided “as is” without warranties.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
