At Codeyos, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, certain conditions apply for refund eligibility. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Product Refund Policy

All products sold on Codeyos are digital downloads. Once a product is downloaded, it's considered "used" and is generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds in the following cases:

• Item is not as described — The product doesn't match the description or preview.
• Item is broken or non-functional — The product has critical technical issues that prevent usage.
• Support not provided — If support was promised and not delivered by the author within a reasonable timeframe.

Note: Buyers are encouraged to contact the author via the item’s support tab or the support email before requesting a refund.

2. When Refunds Are Not Provided

We do not provide refunds for the following situations:

• Buyer no longer wants the item (e.g., changed mind)
• Item is incompatible with the buyer’s environment, server, or CMS without checking requirements
• Buyer purchased by mistake or didn't read the description/documentation
• Buyer lacks the necessary skills to use the item
• Item has been downloaded and used
