At Codeyos we want to make sure that our customers are happy with what they buy from us. When you buy something from us you should know that we sell products. Because of this there are some rules that apply if you want a refund. You should really read this refund policy before you buy anything on our platform, at Codeyos.
1. Digital Product Refund Eligibility
When you buy something from Codeyos you are getting a download. This means that once you get the download it is like you have used it. So we do not give refunds.. There are some special situations where we might give you your money back.
The product is really different, from what the author said it would be. The product does not match the description or the features that the author listed. It also does not look like the preview that the author showed. The product and the description are just not the same. Item Not as Described is what I would call this problem. The author described the product in a way but the real product is something else.
The product is not working properly because it has some problems, with it.
Technical issues are making the product useless.
The product has broken parts that're very important for it to work.
These broken parts are stopping the product from doing what it is supposed to do.
The product is basically useless because of these issues.
If someone buys something that says it is supported. The person who made it does not answer your questions in a fair amount of time that is a problem. The person who made it should get back to you in a days like three to five days on weekdays. This is what people usually expect when they buy something that says it is supported like the item, in question.
Note: If you are a buyer and you have a problem you should talk to the author of the item first. You can do this by using the support tab that's, with the item. Do this before you ask for your money back. The author of the item can help you with the item.
2. When The Company Does Not Give Refunds To The Customer
The company will not give refunds to the customer in situations.
This is something that the customer needs to know about the refunds.
Refunds are when the company gives back the money to the customer.
The customer should know when the company does not give refunds.
The refunds are very important to the customer.
The company has rules about when the customer can get a refund and when they cannot get a refund.
Refunds are given to the customer when they return something to the company.
There are times when the company does not give refunds to the customer.
The customer needs to understand the rules about refunds, from the company.
This is so the customer knows what to expect from the company about the refunds.
We do not give money back when something goes wrong. It is not the fault of the person who made the thing or Codeyos. This happens in situations, like:
Change of Mind: Sometimes you buy something. Then you realize that you do not want the item anymore. You might not need the item after you purchase it. The item is just not what you wanted. That is why you want to return the item. You have a change of mind, about the item.
The item does not work with your server or the hosting environment or the content management system. This is because you did not look at the requirements for the item. You have to check the requirements for the item to make sure it works with your server and your content management system and your hosting environment. The item is not compatible, with these things.
You do not have the skills that are needed to install or use the digital asset. The digital asset requires expertise or tools that you do not have. This is a problem because you cannot use the asset without these technical skills. The digital asset is not useful, to you if you cannot install it or use it properly.
I bought something by mistake. I got the thing or I did not read the information, about the product before I bought it. This is what happened when I made a purchase of the wrong item. I should have read the product documentation before buying the item.
I bought this item. It is not new anymore. The item has already been. Used for its intended purpose. This means someone has already gotten what they needed from the item. The item is no longer something that can be used for the time.
3. How to Request a Refund

I need a refund, for this thing. Here is why I want my money back. I will also include some pictures or logs that show what went wrong if that helps.
Proof of Communication with the author (if requesting due to lack of support)
4. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is received, our team will review it within 5-7 business days. If approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
