Premium Subscription Terms

By subscribing to any Premium plan on Codeyos, you agree to the following terms, which govern the use of premium content, billing, and user obligations. These terms are in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and License Terms.
1. Overview of Premium Plans
Codeyos offers subscription-based access to premium digital items, templates, plugins, and exclusive tools. Plans are available in various durations:
- Daily Plan – 24-hour access with limited download credits
- Monthly Plan – 30-day recurring or one-time access
- Yearly Plan – 365-day access for long-term users
Each plan comes with a set number of downloads or unlimited access depending on the selected tier.
2. What's Included
- Access to a curated selection of premium items
- Commercial-use licensing as per the plan's coverage
- Priority support on selected files (where applicable)
Premium items are subject to our standard Licenses.
3. Account & Download Usage
- Premium plans are linked to your registered account and are non-transferable.
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute downloaded items.
- Download limits (if applicable) reset after the plan cycle renews.
- Suspicious or automated download behavior may result in account suspension.
4. Billing & Payments
- Payments are securely processed via supported gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- Subscription plans can be one-time or automatically renewing based on your selection at checkout.
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
5. Renewal & Cancellation
If you’ve opted for an auto-renewing subscription:
- You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle (daily, monthly, yearly).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Cancelled plans remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not provide refunds for Premium plan payments once access has been granted. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us at support@codeyos.com within 3 business days of the charge.
7. Content Availability
- Items available under Premium access may change periodically due to author changes, licensing, or removal.
- We do not guarantee that any specific item will remain available throughout your subscription.
8. Fair Use & Abuse
We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts showing patterns of abuse, such as excessive downloads, file scraping, or content redistribution.
9. Termination
Codeyos reserves the right to terminate access to Premium plans at any time for violation of these terms or other platform policies. Misuse may result in permanent account suspension.
