All digital items sold on Codeyos.com are licensed, not sold. By purchasing an item, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the item under the terms defined below.

Types of Licenses

The Regular License allows you to use the item in one single end product which end users are not charged for access or usage.

• Use in a single project (personal or commercial).
• End users cannot be charged for access (e.g., free websites, apps, tools).
• Cannot be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed.
• Item can be modified or customized as needed.

2. Extended License

The Extended License allows you to use the item in a single end product where end users can be charged for access or usage.

• Use in one single commercial project where users pay to access or use it (e.g., SaaS, premium app).
• All features of the Regular License are included.
• Cannot be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed in original or modified form.

What You Can Do

• Use the item in your own personal or client projects.
• Modify or customize the item as needed.
• Include the item in one single end product per license.

What You Can’t Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the item in any form.
• Use the item in multiple end products without purchasing separate licenses.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the item.
• Use the item in a way that competes with Codeyos or the author (e.g., selling as a template or component).

Ownership

Authors retain ownership and all intellectual property rights of their items. You are granted a license to use the item — not ownership of the item itself.

Support & Updates

Support and updates are provided at the author’s discretion and may vary by item. You can contact the author directly or view support terms on the item page.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please ensure the item meets your needs before purchasing.

License Violations

Violation of license terms may result in termination of your account and legal action. We reserve the right to investigate and act upon any misuse.
